Welcome to seventh grade! One of the most frequently asked questions I get in class is "When
are we ever going to use this stuff?". Mathematics is all around us. We use it everyday without even realizing
it. Your first assignment is to create a digital story documenting the "real life" math problems you could encounter
on an ordinary day. Consider topics that you covered last year such as decimals, percents, fractions, tax, tip,
discounts, etc. Your digital story must include images that pertain to your topic as well as a narration and a soundtrack.
